Dr. Giduck has been an attorney since 1985, practicing in many areas of corporate, transactional, international and regulatory law and litigation. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Penn State and a law degree from the University of Denver. He also earned a master’s degree specializing in Russian studies from the University of Colorado, which included completion of the Russian Culture and Language Program at St. Petersburg State University in Russia. He holds a Ph.D. in Middle East Studies from King’s College in London.
In addition to his law practice, Dr. Giduck has been a doctoral studies professor of Criminal Justice and Homeland Security for the past 10 years. He has also taught associate, bachelor and master business law and international business and ethics courses, and was a professor of criminal justice and criminology at the bachelor and master levels. He has trained police and SWAT teams, along with many federal and state government agencies, across the US for 20 years.
